The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Wage: £12.31 per hour + £1 nightshift allowance per hour

Contract: 40 hours per week. Permanent.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday. 22:15 - 07:00

About the role:

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by ensuring orders are picked correctly & accurately and above set KPIs. All cages and pallets are loaded, wrapped, scanned, secured, and loaded accurately to support safe distribution processes, service accuracy, and driver efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People: To support the underlying principle of Creating a Great Place to Work.
  • Picking, Loading & Security: Ensure cages and pallets are wrapped correctly. Ensure all orders are picked accurately & efficiently. Use correct bars and straps for trailers and 18-tonne trucks. Ensure all cages and pallets are scanned onto the correct trailer or truck. Verify loads are secure prior to departure. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
  • Health & Safety: Following health and safety procedures at all times. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse. Help to maintain a 'Clean as You Go' policy.

Qualifications and Experience (Desirable):

  • 1 year Experience working in a warehouse, picking, or replenishment environment
