Mid Shift Operations Manager

2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a highly capable Mid Shift Operations Manager to oversee a dynamic warehouse operation during our afternoon/evening shift. You will lead a team of warehouse supervisors and approximately 40 operatives across various temperature-controlled zones. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all shift activities – including picking, loading, replenishment and dispatch – are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with KPI’s. This is a hands-on, people focused role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
