About the Role Lynas Foodservice is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fully or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA professional to take ownership of the management accounts process and play an important role in supporting the continued growth and development of our business. As a key member of the Accounting & Compliance function, youll work closely with the Head of Financial Compliance & Reporting, Finance Director, Head of Finance Business Partnering and departmental leaders, providing accurate, meaningful financial insight to support business decision-making. What you'll be doing Preparing monthly management accounts, providing insightful financial commentary and analysis. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Supporting financial controls, including VAT, audit and statutory accounting requirements. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to provide accurate and meaningful financial information. Supporting weekly and monthly reporting where required. Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting as the business continues to grow. What we're looking for Fully or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA status, with a commitment to completing your qualification if part-qualified. Previous experience in a management accounting role. Experience of multi-entity or group reporting would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, while maintaining an understanding of the wider commercial picture.
