- Location: Lympstone, Devon. Manor 5 (Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth).
- Salary: £26,984.10 plus yearly Tronc of £4,000.
- Hours: Full-time 42.5 hours, 5 days a week.
Relationships: Reservations team, Front of House team, Sales & Events team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
- Handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard.
- Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
- Communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the Front office team to ensure a smooth, effective and courteous service at all times.

- Previous experience in 5-star luxury hotels is preferred.
