We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Michael has designed the kitchen to be spacious and state-of-the-art so this is a fabulous environment to work in for any passionate chefs looking to further their careers. Previous experience in this role is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring that Service Standards are in line with Michael Caines Brand Strategy and The Company business objectives
- Being fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department
- Assisting in the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum
- Ensuring that all staff within your section are working in a safe manner complying with Company and legal requirements – ensuring risk to you and others are minimised
- Ensuring that all food commodities are received and stored correctly
