Responsibilities

  • Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing a concierge service to guests on request
  • Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required
  • Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking, cleaning and polishing of cars
  • Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage, shoe polishing and laundry services
