We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will need to be self‑motivated and well organised, with good communications skills and a clear understanding of what the business and your Head of Department expects. The role does involve working shifts including weekends and evenings. A positive and flexible attitude towards your work is helpful as is a desire to work at the highest possible standards.
What you’ll be doing
- To clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are presented and maintained to the highest standard
- To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
- To ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures
- To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealt with in the correct manner following company procedures
