We are looking for an experienced
hands-on Maintenance Assistant who can assist with hotel and pool house
maintenance work such as plumbing, painting, mechanical and electrical work.
What you’ll be doing
- To conduct in-house decorating.
- To undertake basic carpentry work
- To undertake basic plumbing work.
- To undertake basic electrical works.
- To liaise daily with the Housekeeping Department to ensure all maintenance
works in hotel bedrooms are complete.
Who we’re looking for
- Have great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment would be advantageous
- Capable to react quickly and effectively when required
- Maintaining a flexible and positive attitude towards your working environment
- Practical hands on approach and a willingness to learn

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter
Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village.
It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
