Salary: £27,081.60 plus Tronc of £6,900 per annum

Hours: Full time 48 hours over a 5 days a week

We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our Kitchen brigade. Michael has designed the kitchen to be spacious and state of the art so this is a fabulous environment to work in for any passionate chefs looking to further their career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time
  • Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for a section within the kitchen
  • Attentive to detail, personable and with great communication skills
  • Ensuring that all staff within your section are working in a safe manner complying with Company and legal requirements – ensuring risks to you and others are minimized
  • Keep equipment and work spaces clean and tidy
