We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in the Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house offers a relaxed, informal dining experience featuring locally sourced ingredients including fresh fish, shellfish, grass-fed meats and seasonal vegetables.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with fresh seasonal ingredients
- Prepare high-end dishes in a timely manner while maintaining quality
- Modify dishes to meet customers’ dietary requirements
- Comply with all health and safety policy and procedures
- Contribute ideas for menu development for the bar and restaurant
