Salary: £34,000 plus generous Tronc payment of £7,500 per year

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in the Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The Pool House Restaurant and Bar offers more relaxed and informal dining. The menu has been crafted by Michael and his team and features delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients including the freshest locally landed fish and shellfish, grass fed meats and just picked vegetables for our vegetarian options. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Chef de Partie to learn new skills working alongside an inspiring team of dedicated chefs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with fresh seasonal ingredients
  • Working in a timely manner whilst maintaining the high end food
  • Able to modify dishes to meet customers' dietary requirements
  • To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department
  • Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant
