Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots, etc., both manually and using machinery.
- Support chefs by clearing work areas and cleaning required items.
- Ensure floors are mopped/cleaned/dried at regular intervals throughout the day.
- Keep bin and outside/delivery area clean, clear and organised.
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
