Discoverthe role
We are looking for a Day Porter tojoin our Front of House team. The idealcandidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do and willconsistently perform to the highest level ensuring all Lympstone Manorstandards are met, they will work as a team to provide the very best possiblelevels of customer service providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similarhotels desirable.
Whatyou’ll be doing
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing a conciergeservice to guests on request
- Assisting with breakfast service/early morning trays as required
- Providing a valeting service to all guests, including parking,cleaning and polishing of cars
- Offering all guests assistance where possible, including luggage,shoe polishing and laundry services

- You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or ExeterCentral train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village.It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
Do I need the right to work in theUK?
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part ofthe recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
- The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate and settle in.
