We are looking for a Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry, have a positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to deliver the very best levels of customer service, providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels is desirable.
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- Understanding and following Lympstone Manor Standards of Service at all times.
- Complying with all statutory and legal requirements.
- Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Preparing service stations, stillroom and all work areas following the pre-service and after service checklists.
