Salary: £26,436.80 plus Tronc amount of £5,300

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be committed to the industry and the work they do and will ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times, in line with Company guidelines.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Washing of dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots etc, both manually and by using machinery
  • Supporting the chefs by clearing work areas and cleaning all required items
  • Ensuring floors are mopped/cleaned/dried at regular intervals throughout the day
  • Ensuring the bin and outside/delivery area are clean, clear and organised
  • Completing daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks
