We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated and well organised, with good communication skills and a clear understanding of what the business and your Head of Department expects. The role does involve working shifts including weekends and evenings. A positive and flexible attitude towards your work is helpful as is a desire to work at the highest possible standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist to ensure good communication of information between the Front Office, reservations and the housekeeping team
  • To clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are presented and maintained to the highest standard
  • To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
  • To ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures
  • To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealt with in the correct manner following company procedures
