We are looking for a Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do, have a positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to deliver the very best levels of customer service providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels desirable.

What you’ll be doing

  • Undertaking shifts weekdays and weekends
  • Understanding and following Lympstone Manor Standards of Service at all times
  • Complying with all statutory and legal requirements, working in accordance with these regulations
  • Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Preparing service stations, stillroom and all work areas following the pre-service and after service checklists
