Discover the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver a first class service to all our guests whilst focusing on the highest level of standards possible at all times, driving sales and controlling costs. This is an opportunity for an existing Restaurant Manager with multi AA Rosette or Michelin star experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing all Restaurant operations ensuring not only the highest standards of service but outstanding product knowledge
  • To contribute to the profitable operation of the hotel by maintaining and adhering to allocated budgets by controlling stock, consumables and the staff rota to ensure efficient use of labour, while incorporating staff holidays
  • Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business
  • To perform occasional Duty Management shifts as required
  • To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead in the lounges, carrying out the role of “host” along with the senior management team
