Role Overview The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is focused on driving quality traffic to the LYMA website through digital marketing channels. This role will have a hunger for being at the cutting edge of innovation in the world of digital marketing, and solid grasp of data, and data driven decision making. This role sits in the Direct To Consumer (DTC) sales team which is led by the Head of DTC sales, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, together creating a test and learn plan to refine landing pages and the customer journey. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will manage an SEO Manager, E-commerce Marketing Assistant and a Digital Performance Marketing agency. We work with an agency to implement optimisations and agree strategy, however this role requires an innate understanding of the platforms and being able to pick up the reins and dig into the accounts, analyse performance and results. Key Responsibilities Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy Manage platforms, agencies and vendors Manage the development and deployment of creative assets in line with campaigns and product launches Continual optimisation of always-on campaigns, maintaining organised structure within the account and supporting digital growth with a test and learn approach Explore and test new platforms and initiatives taking an O&O view of marketing touchpoints Take a whole search view of paid & organic, incorporating SEO into plans Ensuring practices align with regulatory standards and brand guidelines Source and interpret a range of insights to develop audience personas and segments Prepare and manage forecasts, budgets and reporting Direct responsibility for paid search, paid social, CTV, affiliates Dotted line into CRM to plan and execute sales driving email marketing Qualifications Extensive experience working in a DTC ecommerce marketing role Experience leading people Experience managing external partners/ agencies Experience using GA, GTM and GSC, Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, affiliate platforms, experience in CTV a plus Understanding of using data to analyse impact on results and use insights to inform future planning Ability to understand and navigate brand, copy, consumer behaviour, platform opportunities and limitation, to optimise campaign results The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about Lyma and our products Keen to learn and grow within their role Be solutions focused and results driven Understand the Luxury and/ or Beauty Industry Enjoy working collaboratively with other departments and teams Have good analytical and organisational skills Be committed to delivering exceptional results Be results driven What we offer: Hybrid working pattern with 4 days in office, 1 day working remotely per week 25 days a year holiday, plus one additional day for every year worked (up to an additional four days per year) Death in service benefit from day 1 Finish early Fridays; 4pm finish to enjoy the weekend Monthly company socials Friends and family discount on LYMA products Comprehensive private healthcare upon probation completion A complimentary subscription to the LYMA Supplement upon probation completion Enhanced company pension upon 6 months service First anniversary gift of a LYMA Laser
