Role Overview
The Digital Designer will support the LYMA business by producing high-quality digital and print design assets. This role is ideal for a designer with 2–5 years of experience who is passionate about premium aesthetics, meticulous about detail, and eager to grow within a fast-paced luxury wellness brand. Working closely with our Creative Director, Design Director and the wider Design team, you will be responsible for creating, editing, adapting and delivering design work consistent with LYMA’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality design assets in line with LYMA’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Deliver design work from briefs across digital-first channels including social media, onsite content, email, advertising and supporting print assets.
- Support the Design team in the execution of design projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.
- Edit and refine existing assets to a premium standard, with strong attention to detail.
- Take feedback from stakeholders and incorporate changes efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure briefs are clear and complete, asking questions where needed to achieve the best design outcomes.
- Contribute to improving design workflows and processes within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within beauty, wellness, luxury or premium consumer brands.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects, and Figma; understanding of and experience with Davinci Resolve a bonus.
- A portfolio demonstrating polished digital design work and a strong eye for detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, positive approach.
- A genuine interest in premium branding and a desire to continue developing their design craft.
Hybrid working pattern with 4 days in office, 1 day working remotely per week. 25 days a year holiday, plus one additional day for every year worked (up to an additional four days per year).
