Responsibilities
- We engage with customers in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
- We investigate and resolve client enquiries via telephone and email with efficiency, empathy, and clear communication.
- We accurately document and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- We provide step-by-step guidance on navigating our software during scheduled check-in calls and interactive training sessions.
- We use available documentation and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical support queries.
- We maintain and contribute to an up-to-date knowledge base.
- We participate in project-based work as required.
- We support the development and delivery of training plans and sessions over time.
- We help clients become confident users of our software and act as the first point of contact for guidance and support.
- We help clients resolve complex issues and gain real value from SME Professional.
- We coach the wider team on industry best practice as we progress.
