The Production & Shipping Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support across Production, Shipping, Supplier Coordination, and Critical Path management.

The role supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Production Department by ensuring purchase orders, shipment information, supplier updates, freight bookings, and production trackers are maintained accurately and on time to support OTIF delivery.

Working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal teams, the role plays an important part in maintaining operational efficiency, visibility, and accuracy across the supply chain.
