Management Accountant

Position Overview: – Management Accountant, London

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts
• Compliance with statutory requirements, adhering to deadlines as appropriate
• Managing and training the wider business through strong business partnering
• Monitoring financial performance against agreed budgets and forecasts
• Regularly informing the Head of Finance of business‑critical issues and opportunities; proposing solutions to problems

Qualifications / Experience

• Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (preferably wholesale/retail)
• Strong IT literacy – Advanced Excel, accounting software
• Motivated individual with good attention to detail
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Challenging and ‘can‑do’ attitude
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Self‑disciplined and proactive team player
