We are looking for an in‑house Senior Paid Marketing Executive to play a key role within our
Omni‑Channel Team .
This position is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand visibility through performance‑led digital marketing activity.
You'll lead and manage our external digital marketing agencies, oversee the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, and take ownership of the growth and development of our affiliate marketing programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage external agency partners across Paid Search, Paid Social, Google Shopping, SEO, and affiliate marketing, ensuring campaigns are optimised to best‑practice standards.
- Own and develop the affiliate marketing programme, including partner recruitment, relationship management, commission structures and promotional activity.
- Drive commercial performance through effective budget management, ROI optimisation, forecasting, reporting and KPI delivery across multiple international markets.
- Analyse performance and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights, competitor analysis, reporting and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a paid digital marketing role, either agency‑side or within a branded fashion, lifestyle or retail business.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Shopping, Bing Ads, affiliate marketing programmes and performance marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and commercial skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Certifications are advantageous, with a willingness to continue developing professional knowledge and expertise.
