Position Overview: In-house Solicitor – Part-Time (24hrs)

We are looking for an In-house Solicitor (part-time) with the ability to undertake remote/flexible working to join our Legal Team. This role will involve commercial and policy drafting, ensuring business compliance, and providing legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, managing, and mitigating legal risks.
- Providing high-quality and timely legal advice that focuses on practical solutions to resolve issues and help the business achieve its goals.
- Ensuring that contracts are drafted, negotiated, and managed efficiently and effectively.
- Delivering a proactive, efficient, and robust advisory role to a variety of stakeholders on a range of legal topics.
- Day to day maintenance of contract database.
Qualifications / Experience:
First degree (in Law);
Completed your legal qualification and registered with the relevant regulatory body (Solicitors Regulation Authority)
Admission to the roll of solicitors
Compulsory legal CPD completed within relevant legal fields.
A minimum of 3+ years’ experience obtained in an in-house role and/or law firm setting, ideally with experience gained in or with a commercial environment or team.
Experience of advising on commercial contracts with a range of complexities
Understanding of evolving regulations, particularly relating to data privacy and advertising.
Basic understanding of Competition Law.
Good understanding of IP Law
You will need to have:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
