The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Marketplace Executive to support the day-to-day operations, growth, and strategy of our marketplace business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with marketplace experience in the fashion industry, who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and develop their skills across integrations, trade, operations, marketing, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration & Onboarding: Support the integration of new marketplaces and partners via our third-party integrator, ensuring smooth setup and ongoing product upload management, as well as relationship development with the multiple teams across new accounts. Be the custodian of range data for all future seasons set up.
- Cross Functional Working: Work closely with merchandising and product development to build the business unit’s seasonal range plan, ensuring all products are available, launched and accompanying information is up to date.
- Trading & Performance: Assist in managing online sales performance, analysing data, and implementing strategies to drive growth and conversion. Track key marketplace KPIs, generating reports and insights to improve trading performance.
- Operations & Fulfilment: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, stock management, and customer service support.
- Product Mapping & Listings: Ensure accurate product listings, categorisation, and attribute mapping across all marketplace platforms. Find opportunities to optimise product data and attributes to drive CR, CTR and UPT.
- Marketing & Promotions: Work with both internal and external partners to execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and marketplace-specific marketing activities such as sponsored ad campaigns, TikTok content, brand activations etc.
- Contract & Relationship Management: Support in negotiations and partnership management with marketplace accounts to optimise commercial agreements.
About You
- Experience in marketplace management, online trading or e-commerce, preferably within fashion industry
- Experience with third-party integration tools (preferred but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce trading and operations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital commerce
- Proficient using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
