Position Overview: Creative Operations Executive

We are looking for an in-house Creative Operations Executive to play a key role within our Creative Team. This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of brand-elevating visual content across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and premium standard. If you are a creatively ambitious, detail-focussed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all creative shoots, including seasonal e-Commerce on-model, lifestyle campaigns, look books, flat lays and collaborations.
  • Manage budgets and department invoicing across all creative projects, ensuring cost-effective delivery and accurate reporting.
  • Allocate, track and transport stock to and from shoots, maintaining visibility and control of inventory.
  • Represent the Creative Team in cross-departmental meetings, contributing to critical path planning, range sign off and project alignment.
  • Maintain the department\’s production schedule, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to standard.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enable seamless execution of creative output.
  • Support the Creative Director and wider team with any additional operational or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in production, creative operations or project coordination, ideally in fashion, retail or creative agency environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence managing budgets, invoices and multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work cross functionally and build positive relationships.
  • A flexible and solutions-focussed mindset, ready to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of creative processes and appreciation of brand and campaign delivery.
