You’ll indirectly manage the Marketplace Executive and collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and product teams to drive visibility, conversion, and revenue. This is a role for a commercially minded team player who understands both the creative and analytical sides of e-commerce and can turn insight into action.

    • Benchmark against competitors to inform marketplace positioning, content, and trade planning.
  • Commercial & Trading Performance
    • Own sales, profitability and KPI reporting across all marketplaces (revenue, AOV, CR, UPT, ROAS).
    • Monitor and optimise performance through weekly trading reviews with key stakeholders.
    • Lead trading calendars, promotions, and exclusive marketplace activations to drive sell-through and visibility.
    • Collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment, paid marketplace media, and brand shop optimisation.

    • Act as the key commercial contact for all marketplace partners.
    • Lead contract negotiations, trading terms, and promotional funding discussions.
    • Strengthen external relationships and identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and help develop the Online Marketplace Executive.
    • Support future team growth as the marketplace function scales globally.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
