  • Own sales, profitability and KPI reporting across all marketplaces (revenue, AOV, CR, UPT, ROAS).
  • Monitor and optimise performance through weekly trading reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Lead trading calendars, promotions, and exclusive marketplace activations to drive sell-through and visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment, paid marketplace media, and brand shop.
  • Ensure catalogue integrity, accurate product mapping, and season-ready range data across all live and upcoming partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data issues in collaboration with internal tech teams and integrators.
  • Act as the key commercial contact for all marketplace partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, trading terms, and promotional funding discussions.
  • Strengthen external relationships and identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
  • Mentor and help develop the Online Marketplace Executive.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketplace or e-commerce trading, ideally within fashion or consumer retail.

  • Experience with middleware (Tradebyte, ChannelEngine, Mirakl, etc.).
  • Skilled in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Accuracy and uptime of live product data.
  • Partner satisfaction and account performance ranking.
  • Development and retention of the Marketplace Executive.
