Reception Manager – Responsibilites
- Staff Welfare & Development : Ensure the well-being of all reception staff by conducting appraisals, coffee chats, creating rotas, and providing training.
- Meeting Attendance : Participate in HOD, BEO, and Finance meetings, and stay informed about monthly revenue budgets and targets.
- Guest Satisfaction : Be passionate and confident in ensuring the well-being, satisfaction, and comfort of all guests, delivering a highly personalized service.
- Team Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility to solve problems and answer queries.
