The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway with 86 bedrooms, set within peaceful gardens and offering a warm, relaxed guest experience.

We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our close-knit, supportive housekeeping team and work alongside an experienced Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper. This is a floor-based role, focused on quality, teamwork and setting standards, not admin-heavy.

The role (what it's really like):

  • Working side-by-side with the housekeeping team on shift
  • Checking bedrooms and public areas to agreed standards
  • Stepping in to clean rooms when required and leading by example
  • Supporting daily room allocations and team organisation
  • Helping train and support team members in a calm, practical way
  • Working closely with Reception and Maintenance around room readiness
  • Supporting lost property and key control processes
  • Covering senior team members when needed, with full support

You’ll never be on your own! This role is part of a strong management structure with guidance always available.

About you:

  • Experience in hotel housekeeping (supervisory or senior room attendant level)
  • Comfortable being hands-on and visible on the floor
  • Strong eye for detail
