Aim of the role

You’ll lead and elevate all F&B operations across the hotel restaurants, bars, room service and events driving exceptional service, strong teamwork, and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Support and inspire the team, creating consistency across services and procedures
  • Actively step in during busy periods and events
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue targets
  • Conduct and maintain accurate monthly stock takes
  • Implement robust controls for F&B stock, equipment, and resources
  • Work closely with Heads of Department on ordering and stock management
  • Ensure all areas and equipment meet Health & Safety standards
  • Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards front and back of house
  • Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing team training
  • Lead regular team meetings and proactively address guest feedback
  • Collaborate daily with our Head Chef on menus, improvements, and service quality
  • Take responsibility for Duty Management shifts as required
  • Champion company standards and vision across the team

About You:

  • An experienced F&B Operations Manager with at least three years working in a hotel restaurant environment
  • Must come from a volume restaurant background
  • Strong financial acumen and be able to execute and deliver on sales & budgets
  • Focus on attention to detail
  • Experience in building the brand culture
  • Understand and implementing restaurant service and standards
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
