Build compelling value cases for a diverse set of senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical companies. Conduct deep discovery, strategic qualification, multi-threading, and solution tailoring.
  • Strategic Account Development: Apply strategic account management frameworks (e.g., Miller Heiman, MEDDICC, Account Planning) to expand relationships and accelerate growth. Develop long-term account strategies, mapping key stakeholders, political dynamics, and strategic initiatives. Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with customer success teams.
  • Pipeline Generation with SDR, Alliances & Marketing: Collaborate with SDRs for targeted outbound campaigns and qualification. Work with Alliances to drive partner-influenced pipeline. Align with Marketing to convert demand-generation efforts into SQLs. Execute your own outbound motions in strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Territory & Market Strategy: Build and execute a territory growth plan aligned with Lyfegen ICP and regional priorities. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and healthcare policy changes relevant to target accounts.
  • Deal Management & Negotiation: Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Work with Legal, Finance, and SalesOps to ensure risk management and commercial compliance. Navigate pharma tenders and complex procurement processes when required.
  • Collaboration & Internal Orchestration: Partner closely with: SDR Manager for pipeline development, SalesOps for forecasting, governance, and process optimization, Alliances for joint selling with consulting and SI partners, Product & Delivery for solution alignment. Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing structured feedback on product needs, market trends, and competitive signals.
  • Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Excellence: Maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline data in HubSpot. Deliver consistent, reliable forecasts and highlight deal risks. Leverage SalesOps automation and AI insights to drive prioritization and execution accuracy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.

Who you are:
