We are a dynamic design studio based in the vibrant creative hub of Ancoats, Manchester. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional creative solutions that help our clients be more intentional with their brands and succeed in their markets. We operate a unique design subscription model, providing our clients with unlimited design work for a fixed monthly fee. Our methodology is structured so that each designer works exclusively with clients on a subscription, allowing for a deeper understanding of the clients' needs and creative output.
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be assigned exclusively to clients on a subscription, becoming their dedicated design resource. This focused approach means you will develop an in-depth understanding of the clients' brands, industries and requirements, becoming a true asset and guardian of their brand.
Our subscription model enables you to become a true extension of your clients' teams, with the unique opportunity to deliver consistent, high-quality design work across a number of different mediums, on an ongoing basis. You will manage all design requirements for your assigned clients, ensuring exceptional creative standards and high volume of delivery.
- Create quality visual designs across several disciplines including brand, digital and print
- Develop deep knowledge of your assigned clients' brands, markets and objectives
- Manage all design requests for your clients, prioritising work effectively
- Work efficiently within established brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to add value
- Collaborate with the client account management team to understand client needs and objectives
- Maintain consistent design quality while working at a consistently fast pace
- Present and articulate design concepts clearly to internal teams
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
- Contribute to internal creative discussions and brainstorming sessions
Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week.
Portfolio demonstrating strong, multi-discipline graphic design skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a designer in an agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
Experience with digital design tools such as AdobeXD.
Understanding of brand guidelines and how to work effectively within them.
Knowledge of print production and digital design requirements.
Strong branding skills and understanding.
