lyf Chelsea London, at Chelsea Football Club is looking for an energetic, creative Commis Chefwith a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
The Commis Chef will:
- Be responsible for the preparation of food for all service areas per the standards indicated by the Head Chef
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
- Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
To be successful in the role of Commis Chef, we require:
- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous
