Youwill report to theHousekeeping Supervisor, working towardsserving our customersand providing a memorable experience for ourguests during their stay with us.
APublic AreaHousekeeping Attendantwillbe responsible for:
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
- Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
- Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to getoptimal results
- Assistwith deep cleaning projects whenrequired
- Perform turndown duties whenrequired
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
To be successful inthe role ofPublic AreaHousekeeping Attendant, werequire:
- Housekeeping Assistant experience Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
