Lycon Recruitment is looking for several full time Warehouse Operatives to join our client at Heathrow airport, Terminal 4. These opportunities are for immediate starts and offer excellent career paths at London's busiest airport. We need proactive individuals that are team players to service our numerous service contracts around the Cargo and Freight Areas.
Duties:
- Assisting forklift drivers
- Using hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo
- Process paperwork
- Handling special cargo products
- Building and breaking pallets
- Manual handling
- Preparing and palletizing cargo as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a warehouse (Desired)
- Previous Forklift experience (Desired but not required)
- Good communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task
- Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work as a team and independently
Forklift experience is not needed but having it will be advantageous, and HMRC checks will also need to be done before processing your documents. CRB Checks will be made before you are able to start work along with 5 Years work referencing.
