We are currently recruiting for an experienced HIAB-certified Class 2 Driver to join a busy and well-established Builders Merchant based in Luton.
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of building materials to commercial and residential sites, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Using HIAB equipment to safely load and unload building materials
- Completing deliveries efficiently and to schedule
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and following all health & safety procedures
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service on site
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- In-date HIAB certification
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous builders merchant or delivery experience preferred
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
