Role: Playground and canteen supervisors during lunch break working with children aged 3 to 11.

Main duties:

  • To carry out active supervision of the pupils.
  • To draw the attention of pupils eating a balanced diet and try new food.
  • To identify inappropriate behaviour and to intervene quickly in case of injury or conflict between pupils.
  • To report to the Management any incident or accident.
  • To supervise pupils on Wednesdays as they leave school (school finishes after lunch on Wednesdays).

Working hours:

Any day from Monday to Friday during term time. Typical hours are 11:15 - 13:45 (except Wednesday 11:15 – 13:30). This is a zero hour contract.

Gross hourly wage: £16.36 per hour.

All post holders are subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Additionally, anyone who has resided outside the UK will be asked to provide a criminal disclosure record from their country of residence. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
