We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and energetic nurse to join our Endoscopy department as a Bank Staff Nurse. As a Bank Staff Nurse in our Endoscopy department you will be responsible for providing consistently high standards of care and support to our patients in this specialised area. You will be a strong and empathetic Registered Nurse who has the ability to build a rapport with your patients in a short period of time, lead and implement change and engage with stakeholders at all levels. The shift pattern will be working between 0800 – 2000. Working patterns will include Saturday working.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating outstanding clinical practice at all times
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team led by a supportive senior nursing team
- Plan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelines
- Working to develop a strong, effective team by developing the vision and strategy of “health care at its best”

- Be a Registered Nurse (RN RGN).
