The Skills Trade Desk Ltd (UK) is seeking an experienced Quality & Conversion Specialist to join our Philippines-based operations team. This senior outbound sales and quality role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving results, improving conversion rates, and supporting team performance through coaching, structure, and follow‑up discipline. This position goes beyond standard outbound calling. You will play a key role in lead conversion, call quality improvement, script optimisation, and handling high‑value or more complex leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make high volume outbound calls to prospective UK clients.
- Book consultations and appointments for the UK sales team.
- Handle complex, escalation, and high‑value leads.
- Re‑engage non‑responsive leads using structured, persuasive follow‑ups.
- Improve conversion rates through objection handling and call strategy.
- Quality & Performance Support
- Conduct call‑flow checks and identify quality gaps.
- Support coaching and training initiatives.
- Standardise talk tracks, follow‑ups, and reporting patterns.
- Document best practices, rebuttals, and insights.
- Assist in refining and updating scripts based on real call scenarios.
- CRM, Reporting & Admin
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs.
- Track KPIs including calls made, talk time, emails, and appointments.
- Submit weekly performance and activity reports.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data protection standards.
