Role responsibilities: Oversee employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable laws. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employee matters, including disciplinaries, performance management, flexible working requests, phased returns, etc etc etc while maintaining positive employee relations. Create and implement appropriate action plans to address employee relations issues; recommend corrective measures as needed. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and workforce management strategies. Work with line managers to ensure that absences are maintained within acceptable limits utilising occupational health where appropriate by creating and dealing with referrals and appropriate meetings.
