Quantity Surveyor Connahs Quay, North Wales

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, permanent role based in Connahs Quay, North Wales. The position offers a salary of up to £55k, with accommodation subsidies provided for weekly travel.

Role Overview:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all project costs, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and ambitious company with a strong industry presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractor accounts, contracts, and variations.
• Prepare and submit valuations, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost control.
• Provide commercial support to project teams and liaise with clients.

What Were Looking For:

• Relevant degree or equivalent with 5+ years of QS experience.
• NEC contract experience (preferred).
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license.
