We are seeking an experienced Workspace ONE Consultant to take a lead role in supporting and managing an existing Workspace ONE environment. The consultant will collaborate with a project team rolling out Workspace ONE to a prestigious client. A key aspect of this role is providing comprehensive training and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they gain the necessary skills to manage and support Workspace ONE effectively. The ideal candidate will be a SME in Workspace ONE UEM and have experience deploying and managing mobile devices at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in supporting and managing an existing Workspace ONE environment.
- Document the current implementation, identify issues, and recommend improvements in architecture, standards, and deployment processes.
- Package and manage MDM applications and contribute to the creation of new or updated standards documentation.
- Identify and implement enhancements to device management practices.
- Provide support to the project team during the rollout of Workspace ONE to ensure successful deployment.
- Develop detailed support documentation and training materials.
- Lead training sessions and mentoring programs to upskill junior engineers in Workspace ONE operations and support requirements.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reporting for patching, feature updates, and device management analytics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM.
- 2-5+ years of experience in deploying and managing mobile devices at scale.
- Proven ability to document technical implementations and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Experience with packaging MDM applications and creating standards documentation.
- Strong knowledge of mobile device management best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and upskilling technical engineers.
- Experience in creating dashboards and generating reports to track patching, feature updates, and system performance.
