Due to significant growth and secured long-term contracts with key oil and gas clients, we are seeking an exceptional Contracts Manager to drive forward our ambitious portfolio. This role offers a unique chance to lead dynamic teams, oversee significant civil engineering and mechanical installations, and play a crucial role in delivering nationally recognised infrastructure projects.

Your Impact:

  • Lead and inspire project teams to deliver exceptional civil and mechanical engineering projects.
  • Full operational and commercial responsibility for nationwide project delivery.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with Health & Safety standards and client specifications.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, maximising profitability while mitigating risk.
  • Build strong relationships with blue-chip oil and gas clients, ensuring outstanding service and quality.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years experience as a Contracts Manager within civil engineering, pipeline, or utilities sectors.
  • Proven expertise working with major oil and gas companies.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex civil/mechanical projects.
  • Extensive commercial, financial, and risk management experience.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
