Salary – £30-35k (+ 10% on target bonus in addition to salary, paid monthly)

The role

You will be joining a leading Health and Fitness Education provider with locations across the UK as a Pilates Tutor/Assessor. Requirements/Qualifications

  • Assessor or Teaching Qualification or willing to work towards (CAVA, A1, AET, PTLLS, PGCE etc) – essential
  • Level 3 Mat Pilates – essential
  • Level 3 Gym Instructor – desirable
  • Level 3 Reformer Pilates – desirable
  • Comfortable delivering sessions to groups
  • Good IT Skills (Word, email)

What you will be doing

  • You will plan lessons to deliver face-to-face teaching sessions to students across various locations around London.
  • You will plan lessons to meet qualification outcomes.
  • You will have experience teaching groups, and demonstrate knowledge and practical delivery of different engaging and inclusive teaching styles.
  • You will have experience assessing individuals and groups.
  • The role involves accurate administration and assessment of learner coursework.
  • The role will involve using Excel and the company's CRM systems.
  • You will be responsible for marking online students' coursework and providing feedback to learners.
  • A high level of professional organisation skills and planning is required.
