Location – Remote delivery (every 8-10 weeks to attend a meeting in Halifax - open to discussion)

Part‑Time – 3 or 4 days per week

Salary – £31,175 (FTE) – 3 days' salary pro rata is £18,705

We are looking for someone with a strong background in delivering apprenticeship standards in the education sector, with strong organisational and excellent communication skills. Experience delivering the apprenticeship standards for learners in Residential and/or Children and Young People Practitioner. This role is open to freelance and associate workers.

Requirements:
  • Assessor Award – CAVA, A1, D32/33 for example – essential
  • Teaching qualification – AET, PTLLS, for example – essential
  • Management or Team Leading experience
Description:
  • The ability to observe, review and provide feedback to the learners for Level 2 to Level 5.
  • Experience in supporting, motivating and mentoring learners through their learning journey to completion.
  • The ability to ensure learners have clear objectives and to provide timely support for their progression.
  • The ability to manage your own diary to ensure you are delivering against your KPIs, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing both company and personal administration.
  • Experience in collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional service to learners and clients whilst maintaining standards and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to work with colleagues to develop resources.
