Overview

Join a vibrant and market-leading Early Years Apprenticeship provider based in Birmingham city centre. Working with Early Years settings across a designated region to place and enrol new and existing employees onto apprenticeship programmes that are suitable for both the employer and the apprentice, whilst fulfilling cohort requirements. You will primarily be developing new business opportunities with employers and nurseries in your region who want to up-skill new apprentices and existing staff through Early Years Apprenticeship programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that is well respected in the sector and values its people.

Requirements - Essential

  • Previous sales experience minimum of 1 year
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An ability to work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and/or knowledge of compliance processes
  • Strong communication skills

Requirements - Desirable

  • Experience of working in apprenticeships
  • A background or knowledge of the education industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with employers and surrounding areas through strong, outgoing sales activity, e.g., sales calls, networking events, meetings, and other engagement activities. Ensuring their business needs are understood.
  • Work closely with the Intake Consultants to understand the strengths/aspirations of the apprentices you will be putting forward for vacancies.
  • Match Apprentices to job opportunities and arrange interviews with employers.
  • Provide support to learners in a structured way that allows them to be fully prepared for interviews and commencement of employment.
  • Ensure that all compliance paperwork relevant to the apprentices’ workplace and employment is fully completed and compliant before the learners’ start date.
  • Ability to meet/exceed all KPIs as required by the role.
  • Effectively implement the Account Management strategy to ensure excellent service and retention of learners with employers.
  • To promote other commercial products.
  • Follow safeguarding processes.
