We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality & Catering Tutor to deliver the Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Service) alongside employability and work readiness training.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, assessing, and supporting learners undertaking hospitality and catering programmes. You will create engaging learning experiences that develop both vocational competence and employability skills. This role is classroom-based. The successful candidate will support learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them progress into employment within the hospitality, catering, food service, and customer service sectors. You will be expected to shape the curriculum delivery model and create course content.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Teaching qualification (AET, CET, DET, PGCE or equivalent) or willing to work towards it
  • Experience in teaching or training in a classroom environment
  • Occupational experience within hospitality, catering, food service, restaurants, hotels, events or customer service sectors
  • Strong digital skills and ability to use Microsoft Office and online learning platforms
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
