We are seeking an experienced Digital Skills & Digital Support Tutor to deliver:
- NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Digital Support
- Employability and career development modules embedded within programme delivery
The successful candidate will inspire learners and help them develop the technical, personal and professional skills required for employment within the digital sector.
The Role
You will deliver engaging, practical training that develops learners' digital confidence, workplace readiness, and technical support capabilities. Delivery will include digital skills, digital support operations, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, data management, and career development. This role is classroom-based. The successful candidate will support learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them progress into employment within the hospitality, catering, food service, and customer service sectors. You will be expected to shape the curriculum delivery model and create course content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Teaching qualification (AET, CET, DET, PGCE or equivalent) or willing to work towards
- Experience in teaching or training in a classroom environment.
